Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Trust LIMS (the “Service”) provided by Trust Infotech Electronics LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

The Service is an enterprise SaaS application intended solely for authorized business users. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Access

Access to the Service is limited to users authorized by their organization. You represent that you are acting on behalf of a business entity and have the authority to use the Service under these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service in any manner that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes intellectual property or proprietary rights
• Compromises system security or integrity
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, and documentation, is the property of Trust Infotech Electronics LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted to you except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You retain ownership of any data submitted through the Service, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate and maintain the Service.

7. Service Availability

8. Suspension and Termination

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ministry of IT, UAE, without regard to conflict of law principles.
